Profile:
Our language trainers both deliver and design their own training, getting involved in needs analysis, support and scheduling.
Our language trainers design and deliver unique in-company courses, and provide support to the students. Our trainers have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and get involved in testing, content creation and program development.
We look for talented, professional teachers with a real passion for training, a student-centred approach, an in-depth understanding of business communication, and a commitment to continuous development and improvement. The key personal qualities we look for are open-mindedness, curiosity, and ethics.
Who you'll work with:
The majority of your time will be spent with the students in class, both individual and small group lessons, which are almost always taught in-company. You will have some interaction with the other teachers at locations where there are multiple courses at the same time. Giulia will be your main contact for advice, admin, help with scheduling and teacher development.
Requirements:
- native speaker
- either at least 2 years' corporate language training experience, or alternatively, a minimum of 1 year's training experience, preferably in a corporate environment, with at least 3 years' professional experience in a business environment
- recognized TEFL qualification (CELTA or equivalent, with a substantial classroom practice component).
- a passion for teaching and language, high emotional intelligence and well developed interpersonal skills
- good educational background and IT skills
- valid Italian work visa or EU passport
- already resident in or around North Piemonte
Preferences:
- priority will be given to candidates with experience in the application of English for finance, automation, engineering, sales & marketing, law and Human Resources.
- prior knowledge of technology or new developments in training is an advantage.
